These Terms of Use apply to the internal QuickBooks Online integration operated by Dublin Plumber 24 Hrs.
The application is designed to assist with authorised business activities such as accounting, invoicing, payment processing and transaction reconciliation.
Authorised Use
The application may only be used by Dublin Plumber 24 Hrs and users who have been authorised to access the company’s business and accounting systems.
Users must not use the application for unlawful, unauthorised or fraudulent purposes.
QuickBooks Online Integration
The application may connect to QuickBooks Online to perform authorised accounting activities.
Depending on the permissions provided, these activities may include accessing customer information, checking invoices, creating accounting records, recording payments and reconciling transactions.
Use of QuickBooks Online is also subject to the applicable terms and policies provided by Intuit.
User Responsibilities
Authorised users are responsible for:
- Protecting their account and login information
- Using the application only for legitimate business purposes
- Checking important accounting information where appropriate
- Reporting suspected unauthorised access or security issues
Availability
We aim to maintain reliable operation of the application, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, internet connectivity or third-party services.
Third-Party Services
The application may depend on third-party services, including QuickBooks Online and other authorised business systems.
Dublin Plumber 24 Hrs does not control the availability or operation of third-party services.
Limitation of Use
The application is a business support tool. Users remain responsible for reviewing financial and accounting information where required before relying on it for business, tax or regulatory purposes.
Termination and Disconnection
Access may be withdrawn from a user who is no longer authorised to use the application.
The QuickBooks Online connection may also be disconnected when the integration is no longer required.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated when the application, business requirements or applicable legal requirements change.
