Terms & Conditions

All bookings for Dublin Plumber 24 hrs are made on these Terms & Conditions only to the exclusion of any other terms & conditions whether written or oral. No alteration to the Terms & Condition is valid unless contained in a letter signed on behalf of the company by an authorized signatory plumber dublin.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Payment must be made to A+ (Plus) Building Services Ltd immediately upon completion of the service.
Customers may pay with cash and cheque or online with credit card.
Price of work will be agreed before commencement of the job.

All prices are subject to change and include VAT @ 13.5%.
Prices quoted are for plumbing and/or supply of plumbing materials .Rubbish or other waste materials can be collected and disposed of but there will be additional cost.
We do not get involved between letting agencies and tenants . The persons who is makes the booking is the customer and the person who we expect to pay for the job (unless otherwise agreed in advance)

Cancellations /Non Attendance/ Refund Policy

Jobs over 3-4k will require 2-3 stage payments and all process will be agreed before the date of the job

Health and Safety

In order to protect our employees, they are instructed not to enter an environment they consider to be unsafe, dangerous to health, or inoperable for any reason, but are instructed to withdraw from the premises and to report the problem.

General Requirements

It is our responsibility to provide an invoice for work done

An insurance certificate will be provided upon request

The customer should advise in advance if the building has no parking.

It is the customer responsibility to ensure that’s  no impediments , i.e- unfinished building works, to much stuff around working area . It will slows down so additional costs will be added .

Price can not be reduced for reasons unconnected to Dublin Plumber 24 hrs. (painter not ready, window not fitted, and management company restricted access)

If the customer request additional jobs not requested at the time of booking we refuse the right to refuse it if materials/equipment needed to do the jobs is not available to us.
